Overview
Zachary S. Kaplan, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Commercial Group representing clients in commercial litigation matters involving real estate, contracts, partnership disputes and “business divorce” matters, fraud, forgery, and breach of fiduciary claims, and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy court. He also handles business transactions and commercial leases on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Zachary developed a diversified legal background in commercial and real estate litigation, foreclosure, and insurance defense. Zachary has experience outside of law in real estate development and property management, and was a legislative clerk to a New York State Senator and the Nassau County Legislature, Nassau County, NY.
Zachary is an invaluable asset to his clients for whom he zealously advocates at each stage of the case or transaction.
