Tonino Sacco, was born in Salerno, Italy and raised in New York City. Mr. Sacco is fluent in Italian and is proficient in Spanish. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sacco & Fillas, LLP the largest full-service law firm in Queens County. Mr. Sacco is a seasoned litigator and transactional attorney with over 30 years' experience. During his entire career, he has successfully handled, litigated, tried, consulted, mediated, negotiated, and assisted on tens of thousands of matters, transactions and trials within each and every practice group of Sacco & Fillas, LLP. As a result of his vast experience in the many disciplines of law, he is the go-to attorney in the legal community where his legal colleagues entrust their clients, friends and family members to Sacco & Fillas, LLP. Elias N. Fillas is a graduate of Hofstra University and Hofstra Law School. As an accomplished trial attorney, advisor, consultant, and supervising partner of the firm, Mr. Fillas works closely with the firm's attorneys and paralegals on a day-to-day basis to ensure the expediency and the utmost quality in the legal representation of our clients and has participated and overseen the resolution of thousands of cases involving each practice group. Mr. Fillas has advised hundreds of individuals, corporations and investment groups on the feasibility of large commercial and residential real estate developments, debt structuring, funding, finance, joint ventures, business development, product development, real estate management and acquisitions in various cities across the United States. Additionally, Mr. Fillas has also served as general counsel and advisor to corporations and organizations including numerous church parishes, nonprofit organizations, associations and other entities. As an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District, Mr. Fillas has successfully argued numerous cases at the State, Federal and Appellate level in the areas of personal injury and real estate litigation and has assisted countless businesses in obtaining the licensing required for the startup of our client's establishments. Mr. Fillas has lectured on topics of real estate law, commercial and business law and personal injury to various focus groups and associations within the State of New York.

Joseph Katz is a Partner at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP, who practices in the Personal Injury Group. With more than 23 years of experience working with injured people, Mr. Katz is well versed in all areas of personal injury matters. He is a personal injury attorney who is passionate about safeguarding his clients from injustices. Mr. Katz is committed to using the law to protect people and make sure they are fairly compensated for the wrongs they have experienced. Mr. Rodgers is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice and St. John's University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Lamont Rodgers specializes in the personal injury field where he has devoted the vast majority of his career to litigating and obtaining substantial settlements and verdicts for clients. He also specializes in Appellate Practice where he has obtained crucial decisions which are often cited by his colleagues in the legal profession. Mr. Rodgers is the firm's lead trial attorney and has delivered countless favorable verdicts in personal injury cases. He is also in charge of the Kings County Division of our litigation team.

Lantao Sun, Esq. is a Partner with SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Personal Injury Group mainly representing Chinese-speaking clients who have been injured in accidents such as motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, and premise cases involving slip and falls. Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Attorney Sun served the Chinese-American community at Ross Legan Rosenberg Zelen & Flaks LLP. for 25 years, during which time he developed a diversified background in small business management, corporate law, immigration law, and miscellaneous civil or criminal matters. Attorney Sun is also a long-term legal counsel to the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in New York for Chinese citizen affairs such as personal protection of any Chinese citizen, student, or businessman who are injured in an accident while they stay, live, study or work in the United States. Luigi Brandimarte is a Partner at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP and leads the firm's Business and Corporate Practice Group and Litigation and Appeals Practice Groups. Mr. Brandimarte has a diverse background, and brings an aggressive and sophisticated approach in zealously representing institutional and individual clients in a broad range of matters, including commercial and insurance-related litigation; business formation; corporate governance and counseling; business disputes and divorce; trusts and estates planning, administration and litigation; contract negotiations and disputes; employment matters; construction litigation; and real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Brandimarte also devotes a large part of his practice to representing national companies in connection with structured settlement annuity and lottery purchase/loan agreements and the transfer of structured settlement payment rights and lottery prizes throughout the States of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Brandimarte has also successfully prosecuted, defended and argued dozens of appeals in the various appellate courts of the State of New York.
