Daniel Friedman, Esq.

Daniel Friedman, Esq. is an associate in the firm of Sacco & Fillas, LLP, and practices in the firm’s Business Service and Law, Litigation and Trusts & Estates practice group. He is an attorney admitted in New York State. Before joining the firm, Mr. Friedman was in private practice and is an experienced attorney specializing in litigation, corporate and transactional law.

Mr. Friedman received his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with honors in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and a national award in the area of Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.

Throughout law school, Mr. Friedman concurrently served as the Acting Legal Intern of Polygram Records, Inc., a major record and music publishing company (now known as Universal Music), where he was responsible for contract administration and anti-piracy enforcement. In his private practice, Mr. Friedman continued to represent musicians, producers and performers in connection with contract drafting and the collection of record royalties and performing rights income.

A graduate of Queens College with a B.A. in English Composition and Literature, Mr. Friedman continues to write today as a newspaper columnist and published author of fiction and verse.
