Elias N. Fillas – Supervising Partner

Elias N. Fillas is a graduate of Hofstra University and Hofstra Law School. Mr. Fillas is an accomplished trial attorney, advisor, consultant, and counselor at law.

Mr. Fillas is the supervising partner of the firm where he works closely with the firm’s attorneys and paralegals on day-to-day basis to ensure the expediency and the utmost quality in the legal representation of our clients in each practice group and has participated and overseen the resolution of thousands of cases involving each practice group.

He has advised hundreds of individuals, corporations and investment groups on the feasibility of large commercial and residential developments, debt structuring, funding, finance, joint ventures, business development, product development, real estate management and acquisitions in various cities across the United States.

Mr. Fillas is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District and has served as general counsel and advisor to corporations and organizations including numerous church parishes, nonprofit organizations, associations and other entities.

Mr. Fillas has successfully argued numerous cases at the appellate level in the areas of personal injury and real estate litigation and has assisted countless businesses in obtaining the licensing required for the startup of our client’s establishments. Mr. Fillas has lectured on topics of real estate law, commercial and business law and personal injury to various focus groups and associations within the State of New York.
