Elizabeth Athenas, Esq.

Elizabeth Athenas is an Associate with the Commercial Litigation team. Ms. Athenas obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in 2009, and she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2012 from Touro’s school of law where she participated in the school’s advocacy clinic for Veterans. After law school, her practice has focused mainly on construction litigation. Ms. Athenas is admitted to practice in New York State court as well as the Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of New York.
