Elliot Lewis brings 22 years of law practice experience to Sacco & Fillas, and devotes his career and life to recovery of money compensation for victims of negligence, including those seriously injured in automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and products liability. Mr. Lewis is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh in Plattsburgh, New York and the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio, Cum Laude and a Member of the Law Review. Mr. Lewis was born and raised in Rockland County, New York, and is married and lives on Long Island and is an avid sport fisherman.

Before joining Sacco & Fillas Mr. Lewis had successfully operated his own firm in the Chinese community in Flushing, Queens, and prior to that had served for many years as Senior Associate in one of the most prominent medical malpractice and personal injury firms on Long Island, having successfully taken many complex cases to trial or settlement. Mr. Lewis has recovered large financial awards for persons injured through medical malpractice such as injury to colon during colonoscopy, surgical malpractice, and misdiagnosis of conditions such as acoustic neuroma, aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection, pediatric hip conditions, cancer, and many other matters. Mr. Lewis has also handled many obstetrical malpractice cases such as Erb’s Palsy and Cerebral Palsy, and many emergency room cases.
