James A. Wolff, Esq.
Mr. Wolff is admitted to the Appellate Division, First Department of New York State. He received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney practicing throughout the boroughs of New York City. His interests are in corporate law, business development, emerging intellectual property, finance, complex international trade agreements, and arbitration and mediation. He manages an extensive corporate portfolio of startup technology companies in robotics, 3d printing, and commercial space. He volunteers as an Executive board member at-large for the United Nations Association, serving on the Southern District Division of New York committee working on sustainable development goal related issues. In 2016, he spoke on Public Private Partnership trends at the MIT Sloan Business School in Massachusetts, and he frequently lectures on emerging legal trends at institutions including the New York Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Westchester Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York State Society of Certified Professional Accountants, and more.
