Michael A. Simon, Esq, is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Personal Injury Group representing clients who have been injured in incidents such as motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, and premises cases involving slip and falls He is also an experienced personal injury and civil rights attorney advocating for the rights of people throughout New York City, Westchester, and Long Island. As a dedicated attorney, Mr. Simon is committed to pursuing full and fair compensation for individuals that have suffered injury or injustice. He has the knowledge, skill, and resources to effectively handle a range of civil rights and personal injury matters, including false arrest, police brutality, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, trip/slip and falls, and construction accidents.

Mr. Simon grew up in New York and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from Queens College, City University of New York. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, he was recognized for his academic achievements with a CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Law which is awarded to the highest scoring student in each section. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Simon was also a finalist of the St. John’s University Baseball Arbitration Competition.
