Patrick J. McGrath, Esq. is an associate attorney for Sacco & Fillas, L.L.P. who practices in the Personal Injury Group of the firm. Primarily, Patrick represents clients who have been injured as the result of negligent actions including victims of motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns and premises liability accidents including slip and falls and trip and falls.

Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, L.L.P., Patrick’s experience includes the representation of several insurance defense companies regarding personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents and other claims of negligence. This opportunity has provided Patrick a unique understanding of the insurance defense industry. Using this knowledge and experience, Patrick is committed to helping victims of negligence to obtain compensation for their injuries.

A lifetime resident of New York, Mr. McGrath earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Stony Brook University and his Juris Doctor at Hofstra University School of Law. During his twenty years of personal injury experience, Mr. McGrath has practiced in all venues in the New York City metropolitan area and its surrounding counties.
