Zachary Kaplan

Zachary Kaplan is an Associate Attorney with the Commercial Litigation team. Mr. Kaplan obtained his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, New York, New York, and his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY, majoring in economics. He is admitted to practice law in State of New York and the federal courts for the Southern District and Eastern District of New York. He has a background in corporate, commercial, real estate, foreclosure, insurance defense, and business transactional matters. He has experience outside of law in real estate development and property management, and also was a legislative clerk to a New York State Senator and the Nassau County Legislature, Nassau County, NY.
