We counsel clients who have questions or concerns about the administration of an estate. We work closely with the executors, administrators or personal representatives to complete their duties to settle the estate and properly distribute the assets as per the directives of the decedent. In the event, litigation arises in the administration, Sacco & Fillas, LLP will competently prosecute or defend Last Will and Testament Contest Matters, Creditor Claims, and any Surrogate’s Court Miscellaneous Proceedings.
