Overview
Richard M. Borrelli, Esq., is a litigation and trial attorney with over 32 years of experience handling personal jury, nursing home and medical malpractice cases. Throughout his career Mr. Borrelli has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Before becoming an attorney and practicing law, Mr. Borrelli was a medical malpractice analysis for a major medical malpractice insurance company and prior to that was a bodily injury insurance adjuster for a major New York Insurance Company.
Mr. Borrelli received a full scholarship from the insurance industry to obtained a Bachelor Degree in Property and Causality Insurance Administration and later obtain a law degree from Touro College Law Center.
Throughout his career Mr. Borrelli has tried cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents resulting in soft tissue injuries to medical malpractice cases resulting in death.
He was a managing partner for one of the largest plaintiff law firms in Arizona and a senior trial attorney for one of New York’s largest law firms.
Mr. Borrelli is presently associated with Sacco & Fillias, L.L.P representing Plaintiffs in personal injury, nursing home and medical malpractice cases.
