Congratulations to Lamont Rodgers, Esq. for the reversal of the Supreme Court: Queens County’s Decision by the Appellate Division: Second Department dismissing the complaint of a victim of a car accident on the grounds that she failed to obey the stop sign but ignored the other motor vehicle’s comparative negligence. Appellate Division correctly ruled that the defendant’s comparative negligence created an issue of fact requiring the denial of the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
